Have you recently had any digging or trenching on your property and now you have dead zones?
Does your timer say a zone is running but it's not working?

First we assess the issue
Using industry standard troubleshooting methods and our experience, we confirm that there's a broken wire and not another issue, like corroded wires
We do this because other issues can closely mimic a broken wire
Using specialized locating tools
Using specialized underground wire locating equipment, we can trace the wire along your yard
This is where our experience in using this equipment lets us analyze the feedback from the tool
We then dig up the suspected area to locate the two "divorced" wires and make the repair using proper wire joiners with anti-corrosive
Corroded wire joints or previous repairs
Corroded wire joints are a very common problem. In the damp environment of a valve box, many times we see electrical tape used to cover wire connections
While this may seem like a good idea, it's just a matter of time before the connections corrode and cause high resistance issues
Most modern timers will detect this high resistance and disable a zone, or the complete system in some cases
